什么是传神翻译？
文学翻译贵在“传神”。所谓“传神”，就是把原文的意思表达得非常准确，意境展现得非常逼真、鲜活，让人读后产生一种拍案叫绝的冲动。
要实现这一目标，除了具备深厚的语言功底，学习和掌握一定的翻译技巧也是非常有益的。
01 英汉传神翻译欣赏怎样翻译下面的英语句子？怎样翻译才比较传神？
She had been so carefully groomed by thousands of hands and hearts.
相关段落和背景信息：作者即将乘坐“土星”5号运载火箭飞往月球，他把火箭比作自己的舞伴。
My Saturn V sparkled like a 363-foot-high jewel rampant against the night sky, center stage and draped in spotlights. She was no longer a mystery, and it seemed that she eagerly awaited my arrival, not as some cold, distant prom queen, but as a rambunctious and confident go-go gal of the seventies. 难点分析和翻译技巧：这里的难点有两个：一是groom的理解和翻译，二是by thousands of hands and hearts的翻译。
关于groom，美国的Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary给出了如下的释义：
(1) to make neat or attractive；
(2) to get into readiness for a specific objective。
既然作者把火箭比作他的舞伴并且用she来称呼，那我们翻译时就要朝着这个思路走——在这里把groom翻译成“打扮”。
再说by thousands of hands and hearts的翻译。在汉语中，我们可以说“用手”或者“用心”打扮一位姑娘，但我们不能像英语那样“用手和心”去打扮一位姑娘。我们翻译时可以通过一定的技巧来实现原文的准确翻译。
试译：我最后一曲的舞伴是一位自信、快乐而且训练有素的姑娘，她急不可耐地想开始这次不同寻常的任务，为了这次任务，
她已经被成千上万人的手精心地打扮过了。
这里的“精心地”就把“
carefully”和“by hearts”
